MOSS MODELS is a Los Angeles–based fit modeling agency founded by Ashley Moss, a professional fit model with over 20 years of experience working with leading brands. Throughout her career, Ashley has built long-standing relationships with designers and production teams, bringing deep expertise in garment fit and the nuances required to support a wide range of clientele.
In 2015, Ashley launched MOSS MODELS to create a boutique agency that prioritizes strong client relationships and a more tailored approach to fit modeling. Drawing on her extensive industry experience, she carefully selects and develops models who provide brands with a consistent, professional and highly collaborative fitting experience.
MOSS specializes in fit modeling for apparel development, as well as
e-commerce and showroom presentations. The agency represents women, men, and children, with models who understand the critical role garment fit plays in a brand’s success and who are trained to provide clear, educated feedback while working closely with design and production teams.
As a family-run business, MOSS MODELS reflects Ashley’s personal commitment to the industry. Her husband and son also work as fit models, bringing a unique understanding of the process across multiple categories and further strengthening the agency’s hands-on, collaborative approach.
